Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to confirm that their manuscript complies with all of the following items. Submissions that do not adhere to these requirements may be returned to the authors without review.
✔ Originality and Exclusivity
The manuscript has not been published previously and is not under consideration by another journal.
If any part of the manuscript has appeared elsewhere (e.g., thesis or conference paper), a clear explanation has been provided in the Comments to the Editor.
✔ File Format
The manuscript is submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
PDF files are not accepted for the main manuscript.
✔ Anonymity (Double-Blind Peer Review)
To ensure the integrity of the Double-Blind Peer Review process:

The main manuscript file contains no author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or identifying information.

A separate Title Page file has been prepared and uploaded, containing author names, affiliations, email addresses, and ORCID iDs.
✔ Formatting and Style Compliance
The manuscript strictly follows the Author Guidelines, including:

IMRaD structure (Introduction, Method, Results, and Discussion);

Abstract (maximum 250 words) and 3–5 Keywords;
-
Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt;
-
Proper headings, tables, and figures formatting as required.
✔ References and Citations

All citations and references follow APA Style (7th Edition);

A reference management tool (Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote) has been used;
-
At least 80% of references are from primary sources (peer-reviewed journals) published within the last 10 years.
✔ Language Quality
The manuscript is written in clear, academic English.
The author confirms that the manuscript has been professionally proofread or reviewed by a native English speaker to eliminate grammatical and stylistic errors.
✔ Ethical Compliance

Plagiarism: The manuscript is original and has a similarity index below 20%;

Conflict of Interest: All potential conflicts of interest have been fully disclosed, or a “no conflict” statement has been provided;

Authorship: All listed authors have made significant scholarly contributions and have approved the final version of the manuscript.

Open Access Statement
This journal applies a Diamond Open Access model. All content is freely accessible to readers immediately upon publication, with no submission or publication fees charged to authors.

Econvergence: Journal of Economics, Management, and Business Strategy is firmly committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users of the journal website, including authors, reviewers, editors, and readers. The data collected from registered and non-registered users is limited to what is necessary for the normal operation of a peer-reviewed scholarly journal. This may include:

Indexing and Archiving: Sharing article metadata (e.g., author names, affiliations, titles, abstracts) with trusted third-party services such as Scopus, Google Scholar, DOAJ, and digital preservation networks including PKP Preservation Network (LOCKSS) to ensure discoverability and long-term accessibility.

DOI Registration: Transmitting required metadata to Crossref for the assignment and maintenance of Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs).
4. Data Disclosure and Sharing

The journal does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. -
Public Scholarly Record
Author names, institutional affiliations, and contact email addresses are published with articles and are publicly available as part of the permanent scholarly record. -
Reviewer Confidentiality
Reviewer identities and review data are treated as strictly confidential and are not disclosed to authors or third parties, in accordance with the journal’s Double-Blind Peer Review policy.
5. User Rights
Registered users have the right to access, update, or correct their personal profile information at any time by logging into the journal website. Requests for data deletion may be submitted; however, personal data associated with published articles (such as author names and affiliations) cannot be removed, as they form an integral and permanent part of the academic record.
