Submission Preparation Checklist

The submitted manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
The content falls strictly within the scientific domains of Geotechnical Engineering (“Geo”) or Civil Infrastructure Engineering (“Civia”), in accordance with the journal’s stated aims and scope.
2. File Format and Blind Review Compliance
The manuscript file is submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
To ensure the integrity of the double-blind peer-review process, the submission file does not contain:

3. Figures and Graphs (Engineering Quality)
All figures, graphs, and technical diagrams meet professional engineering publication standards:

Image resolution is at least 300 DPI.

Text elements within figures (axis labels, legends, annotations) are clearly legible and use standard, non-decorative fonts.

Figures are embedded within the main text at appropriate locations, not grouped at the end of the manuscript.
4. Mathematical Equations
All mathematical equations are prepared using Microsoft Equation Editor or MathType.

5. Citations and References

Note on Data Deletion: While users may request account deletion, data associated with published articles (such as author names and affiliations) cannot be removed, as this would compromise the integrity and reliability of the scholarly record.
